About Me & Microswim

For most of my life, being the “curvier girl” wasn’t something I embraced; it was something I wrestled with. And nowhere was that more obvious than in a bikini. Straps dug in and made other parts bulge out, bottoms offered no support or safety in the crotch area, and tops seemed determined to flash a nip slip at the first sign of a wave.

Every summer reminded me of what I thought was “wrong” with my body. I would stand in the mirror tugging at straps, covering one area only to expose another, never feeling at ease. Instead of enjoying the beach or the pool, I was thinking about how I looked, how I was sitting, how I compared. A bikini was supposed to feel freeing, but for me it became a constant reminder of insecurity.

That’s when I realised the problem was never my body; it was the bikinis. They were never made for real women with real shapes, real curves, and the natural contrasts that come with them. They didn’t understand movement, softness, or the simple fact that women want to feel confident and comfortable at the same time.

So I set out to create what I could never find. After two years of designing, testing, and refining, I mastered the fit I had always been searching for. The perfect fit isn’t just about how it looks in the mirror; it’s about how it feels the moment you put it on. It hugs curves without cutting in, offers coverage in the places you need it most, and stays secure when you’re swimming in the ocean or lying in the sun.

It gives you that flawless tiny triangle tan line while still feeling supportive, and it’s built to last far beyond a single season.That’s how Microswim was born.Microswim is about more than just swimwear; it’s about rewriting what it feels like to wear it.
