Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Due to hygiene and safety reasons associated with swimwear, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for store credit, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@microswim.com.au. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for the return process.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or an error was made on our part. In such cases, we will cover shipping fees.
Once the returned item is received and approved under our policy, store credit will be issued within 10 business days. Store credit can be applied to any future purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
